HEYOOOOOO!its been a hectic week, but nevertheless fuuunnnnn!
lets start from ndp practices.
monday tuesday wednesday thursday was all filled with ndp practices.
keeping the flag taut(idk how to spell) was a challenge.
and keeping up with the timing of the music was even more difficult.
on wednesday we practiced for loooong just to end exactly the same time as the music.
at the same time busy with ndp stuff,
me and ching ying had to crack our brains to choreograph dance steps.
"i feel the earth move under my feet"...
the song is stuck in my head now.
common tests results out too.
history not returned yet.
i dont want to get it back too.
e.maths and physics was a disappointment.
although both As but i could have done much better.
especially for maths.
a.maths is...
just count myself lucky that i passed.
NDP CELEBRATIONS!
woke up at 5.15am.
reached school early.
helped diyana and nadia tie hair.
before the actual ceremony we practiced a little.
we the flag party had to wear gloves.
when we stood there at the side,
suddenly i was feeling nervous, plus a lil excitement.
cause just seeing the whole school already makes you feel jittery.
we're holding the national flag, cant afford any mistakes!
when the supporting contingent marched out and the whole school was silent,
its showtime.
slow march music played and we successfully marched out.
although we ended much later than the music, i think we flag party did a great job in marching!
congrats to us!
but i made a mistake after folding the flag.
i was not supposed to move when jaga gave the first timing.
ahhhhhhh. nevermind. at least it was only a few sec 1s who saw the mistake.
natinal anthem play and we get to salute.
i find it very honourable.
kinda hard to salute with the gloves though.
national day message and song went..
soon it was time to march out.
parade went well smoothly.
cheers to everyone!
its another valuable experience of national day.
ACES DAY WALK!
i walked in my boots.
forgot to change out of it.
anyway, thanks for polishing my boots people!
i've never seen my boots so shiny before.
the walk was not very long.
same as last year's.
BACK IN THE HALL
this year's ndp celebrations in the hall was not as fun compared to last year.
i think they showed too many videos.
and the one that featured the school,
okay for a moment i thought PRCS was some prestigeous school.
after all the stuff in the hall,
its end of school!
mrs low was hopping mad when our chlass had no mascot and the girls dint have the earrings.
and wanted us to stay back for one hour.
but we all ran away after that.
next up is dance practice.
ms huang booked the dance studio for us.
teached charmaine, kimberly and rui yi while at the same time choreographing new moves with ms huang.
i was hypering with my own spanish dance and ballet.
hahaha.
ms huang's hip hop is good.
we got to learn free hip hop from her.:D
danced for about 3 hours before we leave.
finally we're done with the choreography.
now we're left with formation and transition.
