IM BACK FROM ANE CAMP!!!ok lets talk about my camp,
will be brief,
not like other camps,
cos im damn busy.
DAY 1
jolin's father send us to ngee ann poly.
i was wearing yellow with maliah.
soon we knew we were called citrine.
citrine is a mineral or gemstone.
got to know our group members:
-angie
-sera
-alicia
-kai wen
-xue li
-maggie
-naz
-nicholas
-chee yang
-meng yong
-guan fei
-maliah
-me
our GLs were desmond and lynette.
started out with ice breakers,
then lectures.
lectures on planets and stuff..
that was boring.
after lunch we designed our group flag.
then we planned our skits and cheers.
the theme of our skit is BOLT.
we had a weird storyline,
but funny though.
it was cloudy at night,
so night observation was cancelled.
dint get to see the stars.
night activity followed after.
we played angel and devil.
had to go into a building in the dark,
and hide from the devils.
if a devil finds you,
you have to give them your lightstick.
if you meet an angel,
they'll give you another life.
and suay me got caught by the devil twice,
and i was first to be out of the game.
eric and xiao ting were the devils that pulled me out.
waited and waited for someone to come down,
at last maggie and xue li appeared.
went to sleep at around 3 plus,
boys and girls together in the same room.
lols.
slept with maliah, nadia and dawnie.
DAY 2 and DAY 3
we woke up at 8am,
though we could sleep more.
after breakfast we went to see the sun using the telescope.
its just one orange ball. -.-
had boring lecture again.
i almost fell asleep during the lecture.
after lunch we had games.
it was like an amazing race,
go from one station to another.
and the school is so big,
we had to walk alot.
there was the race on the running tracks where you have to put your face into the flour and take the mentos,
blow and burst a balloon..
butter hill was fun!
they put butter, oil, soap and water on a canvas sheet,
and put it on a slope,
then the guys make a human ladder,
the girls have to make their way up.
while waiting for our turn,
me, jia ning, jolin and maliah were singing songs.
haha.
i felt so sorry for the guys when stepping on them.
it was damn slippery,
and dirty too.
went to bathe cleanly.
maliah and i were the last two to bathe.
dress up competition was after.
omg its the nicest part of the camp.
its damn damn funny.
we had to choose a mascot from our group and dress them up using scrap materials.
my group was harry potter.
naz was our mascot.
we made an owl, broom and magic wand for him.
haha.
the other groups were damn funny,
got mr bean, liang po po, ugly betty and spongebob.
hahahahaha very funny when they perform.
night observation was great!
learnt about constellations and stuff.
and i saw a galaxy!
through a telescope.
and i confirmed what i saw the other time was a shooting star.
i saw a shooting star.
lied down on the track and i almost fell asleep under the sky.
then horror movie was up next.
me and jia ning were like holding each other.
haha.
i was called for night walk very soon,
so left jia ning behind.
the night walk,
1 girl and 1 boy,
walk blocks in the poly in the dark,
and ghost and stuff pop out anytime.
and my partner was =.=
i dont need to elaborate.
but i held his hand twice,
that was omg!
the toilet was scary.
we had to go in and wash our face 3 times,
then the guy had to flush all the toilets and get a lightstick.
the pontianak grab onto my leg,
then when i want to give her the paper,
she dont want to take.
lols and i was like "TAKE IT!"
the whole journey was about half an hour.
i dint scream but it was shocking,
no protection from the guy somemore.
lols.
the game stretched until morning,
5 plus dawn still havent complete yet.
so me, jia ning and jolin decided to follow chee yang and his friends go watch sunrise.
ok we dint sleep the whole night at all.
just on the field walk walk,
gaze at the stars,
watch sunrise,
talk talk.
the guys went to sleep while we went to another place.
jolin lied on me and fell asleep.
haha.
jia ning, me and clara (the girl from tanzanite) just slacked there.
me and jia ning were singing to keep ourselves awake.
by 11am not everyone was awake.
haha so we dint have breakfast.
had branch (issit spelt this way?) instead.
last preparations for our skit and cheers.
chee yang, naz and guan fei were the main characters.
they were good actors though.
i was the asteriod with kai xin and maliah.
cheering competition.
citrine was the first group to perform.
and we we won too!
yay!
well done citrine!
got lotsa goodies for our prize.
took pictures and byebyed.
took dawnie's car back home after that.
