once again speech day finally arrive!so fast, one year already.
but this year speech day not so grand,
the whole school was quite simple.

reached school met everyone then went up to 3/8, guides holding place.
got our tunics and fans,
got prepared,
and soon we went to the back of the block c and waited there.
syazwani quickly re-tie my hair there in a hurry,
cos my before-that hair was very messy according to her and phay shuen.
syazwani's work on my head, but it became messy after that
and then she help jolin tie,
also in a hurry.
but her hands are powerful luh,
can tie so neatly.
then we went to the parade ground,
parents came,
visitors came,
the cio played,
we sit there talk.
haha.
then jolin told me bout the hilarious story of today's speech day.
cos we all wearing black,
and the music was so slow and sad,
it was mr ong's funeral,
then got people come attend,
those wearing flower is his relatives,
then somemore still got food to eat.
hahaha.
what a perfect story.xDD
sit there for very long,
waiting for the guest of honour to come,
parents also bored.
finally at dunno what donkey hours the GOH came,
then we rise and started our parade.
wow after our hard work practising its now time to perform.
ok, i was quite dreaming in the whole performance.
but this time my fan din'nt drop!
after the performance the 7 of us rushed to guides den,
got changed there.
ms chua booked a maxi cab and its coming at 10.15.
so we chionged.
got to reach bishan as early as possible,
for our ndp marching selection.
we went out of school at like 10.15,
and the taxi was LATE!
when it came it was like 10.25 already.
so it was our first time riding on a maxi cab.

then i had to make the most difficult call,
the call to ms hasna!!!
prepared my speech,
recited it a few time,
then i pressed the call button.
it went like this...
"good morning ms hasna,
sorry to interupt,
we're the guides from pasir ris crest sec sch,
our speech day parade has just ended,
and we are rushing our way there to bishan now."
and oops!
i pronounced her name wrongly at the start.
hope she din hear. =x
then bla bla bla...
she said she doubt we can make it there.
bla bla bla...
phew,
finally it ended.
on the way got traffic jam,
took a picture just in case that old school teacher dont believe.
when we reach there the others were dismissed.
we had 15 minutes of foot drill.
!?!?!?!?
we rush all the way just to have 15 min of foot drill.
but at least its better than nothing luh.
i spoiler today,
command given to turn right i turn left.
haha.
they ask us to go back next week,
so i think we're all gonna march,
but is competing for the actual day marching.
cos some would be reserve, some marching on preview,
and maybe a few eliminated.
now im getting more and more enthusiastic bout this,
last time i say i go for fun only,
but now i wanna get in.
after that 15 min,
dawn left with her dad.
so the rest of us went to the bishan stadium "cafe".
it started to rain,
so we stayed there for quite long.
our snacks
got super wet in the rain when walking to the bus stop.
53 came and we board it.
i was hyper on the bus.
jolin keep taking pictures.
and she got one great retarded me.
total madness!!!

went home sleep for 2 hours.
then got up for ballet.

very tired,
but very fun.
looking forward to next year's speech day...
