wheeeeeeeeeeeee... the first ballet performance for 2008... today...
once again, its fun. ok, every performance is fun. lol. just love the feeling of nervousness right before stepping on stage and the joy when dancing before the audience's eyes.
what's with this time? errr...another "spring in our midst", 2008. danced swan lake AGAIN. ok, this is my dunno-how-many times dancing that part of swan lake. lost count. just remembered i started when i was in p5, so this is my fourth year dancing swan lake. though it was just that mere 1 min 45 sec, the effort put in was ermm...unspeakable. but the whole process was meaningful. theres this chinese saying, "台上一分钟, 台下十年功"[it may just take one minute of perfection on stage but the effort put in backstage takes ten years], i totally agree with it. xD
right so lemme talk bout the "fantastic" grand finale we had. we were in our make-up room talking and chatting away about our past performances and how silly teletubies is when someone came in and told us to get ready for the finale. we thought it was long later and did not pay much attention and continued chatting. THEN after a few minutes, our teacher and that person frantically pushed open the door and was like FASTER GO OUT! we immediately knew the horrendous situation; WE WERE LATE ON STAGE! so the five of us clumsily walked out to the stage, not in our correct positions and bowed. after that got lectured right on stage.xP
it was later till we found out that the emcee had announced "welcome the ballet grade 7 dancers" and for like more than 10 seconds no one came on stage and the whole auditorium was silent and the emcee dint know what to do. hahaha. luckily this was just a small performance and no VIPs came, if not......
hahahahaha..the most wonderful experience in my years of performing. :)

I first breathe oxygen on the last day of September. I've been moulded in SACPS and growing up in PRCS.

I'm a very literature person, so read between my lines. I dont always talk things on the surface.
History's my favourite subject and i dont see whats's wrong with it. Just as my passion for the stage won't be killed so easily.
I live my life the way it is with wonderful friends around me. The last thing i need is a knife to cut my wrist.
You can hate me for all you want, cause i believe hating only harms yourself. I dont give up so easily and I never will.
If you know me well, you'll know I'm not just what you see. I am happy for the life God give me.
