PRCS GUIDES: IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH THE RECENT ARRANGEMENTS BY OUR SCHOOL BOUT THE CROSS COUNTRY, READ THIS. HEY PRCS! we guides are not a pushover ok! why do the other teachers in PRCS insist that guides must be the ones helping out on cross country? i'd bet they'll say cos guides are more experience in doing these stuff. in other words, ur saying guides are uncapable of winning uh?
yes, im aware, not only me, most of the guides are aware that many people look upon us as weak, uncapable, silly girls. and i guess 95% of the people reading this post would also agree with the crowd that we are weak. the remaining 5% are probably guides. but why do all these thoughts come into people's head when they hear "girl guides"? one very prominent reason is that we are 101% girls.
ok, im tellin u this, we are weak in ur eyes, but you'd never know or realise what we are. all girls, we take up the roles of both boys and girls. through every single bit ranging from washing laundry to pitching tents, we're all by ourselves, never relying on others. and gradually through bits and pieces, a guide blooms into an independent leader learning from others, not relying.
why am i so damn freaking sure bout this? cos im from a girls' school. six years of experience, sufficient to prove my heart and feelings bout an all-girls' association. and now in a mix school, i could easily compare the differences between the girls, not the boys. its different, totally different. and others who are not in it will NEVER understand. so when others dont understand, and when seeing all girls, the word "weak" is most appropriate for them to describe us.
and almost all PRCS TEACHERS AND STAFF!!!!!!! i just dont get it. why must u force guides to help in the drinks booth, time-keeping, the sale of food and other stuff? and i mean force. and at one time, 30!
is'nt what ur askin for a little too much? it made the guides and guide teachers all upset when there was'nt enough people to help out. in the end, guide teachers had to draw lots. many guides want to run the cross country. we're part of PRCS ok. and because u teachers and staff of PRCS wanted so many guides, guides has now turned to a reluctant place for many. ur dun have to take as many as 30. why cant ur take more of other ccas? why dont u ask those on medical leave to help out too? and those who really do not want to run? guides are'nt some stupid people for u to push around ok.
when u need us, u come to us for help. when the help's done, u look down on us.
we've shown u our stuff, but u people are deceiving urselves again and again.
now im running the cross country with the mind of guides. no longer the impression of 2/5.

I'm a very literature person, so read between my lines. I dont always talk things on the surface.
History's my favourite subject and i dont see whats's wrong with it. Just as my passion for the stage won't be killed so easily.
I live my life the way it is with wonderful friends around me. The last thing i need is a knife to cut my wrist.
You can hate me for all you want, cause i believe hating only harms yourself. I dont give up so easily and I never will.
